Hydraulic Hose

The purpose of a hydraulic hose is to allow fluid to flow from one component to another – in this case hydraulic fluid. The hose is the conduit that ensures the fluid is able to travel unimpeded and it's a vital part of keeping hydraulics systems moving.

The materials used in the construction of a specific hose will determine the situations in which the hose is meant to be used and even the type of hydraulic fluid that flows through it. Each hose is made of three layers: The inner tubing, wire reinforcement, and exterior shell.
